You can top up your Freedom24 account with a bank card or a transfer.

When topping up with a bank card, funds are credited instantly (commission 2%).

Bank transfer takes 1-3 business days, no Freedom24 commission (your bank's commission may apply).

When making a bank transfer, be sure to indicate your brokerage account number in the "Payment Purpose" field. Errors in details or purpose of payment can cause delays or fund return.

Click the "Top Up" button (1) in the top right corner of the screen, then select and click on the preferred method: By Bank Card (2) or By Bank Transfer (3).

Account replenishment with a bank card

Enter the amount of funds you want to deposit in the text field (1). You can select the currency in which you want to top up your account. Below you will see the size of the commission (2).

Select the payment method (3). Here you can add a new bank card or choose from saved ones.

Enter your card details (4) and use the toggle button to Remember Card (5). If you decide to save your card, please familiarize yourself with the agreement on card data storage.

Once you are sure the data is correct, press the "Top Up" button (6).

As soon as your data is processed, you will receive a notification about the transfer of funds to your account. You can see your cash balance by going to Profile (1) in the Portfolio section (2) in the Balance column (3).

Top up your account by bank transfer

Select the appropriate account depending on the currency in which you plan to deposit funds.

Using the provided bank details, transfer funds directly from your bank account to the account of Freedom Finance Europe Ltd.

Be sure to specify the number of your brokerage account in the "Purpose of payment" field.

Mistakes in the details or purpose of payment may cause a delay or return of funds.

You can find the number of your brokerage account in the top right corner of your profile.

Once your details have been processed, you will receive a notification about the crediting of funds to your account. You can see your cash balance by going to Profile (1) in the Portfolio (2) section in the Balance (3) column.

In the Menu section, click "Top up" (1) and choose a suitable method for you: By bank card or Bank transfer (2).

Enter the amount you want to deposit, and select the currency for crediting your account. The commission for the operation will be indicated below. (3)

Scan the card or enter its data manually (4). If you plan to regularly fund your account from this card, check the box "Remember card". If you save the card, read the data storage agreement.

Check the accuracy of the entered information and click the "Replenish" button.

After processing the data, you will receive a notification about the funds being credited to your account. You can check the balance in the "Portfolio" — "Money" section (5).
